Plan and execute full-course South Indian meals for gatherings of 10–15 guests independently.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage.
Handle vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per household preference.
Ensure timely preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per household schedule.
Maintain grocery inventory; inform the employer when stocks are low or purchase items if required.
Prepare snacks, chutneys, accompaniments, and occasional sweets as needed.
Ensure safe use of kitchen appliances and tools.
Occasionally assist with serving meals during small events or gatherings.
