POSITION SUMMARY

The House Manager provides day-to-day leadership, supervision, and oversight of a teen residential treatment home serving adolescents with behavioral health needs. This role ensures the delivery of safe, structured, and therapeutic care in alignment with the program’s treatment model, licensing regulations, and organizational values. The House Manager serves as a key liaison between direct care staff, clinical teams, and administration while fostering a supportive and consistent environment for residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (preferred). LVN, welcome to apply. Education can be substituted with relavant experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, or youth care.
• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and behavioral management strategies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet all state/federal background check and training requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (if transporting residents).
