Position Overview The DSP House Manager oversees daily operations of a residential home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and a positive environment for both residents and staff. This role combines hands-on support with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support Direct Support Professionals Ensure residents receive person-centered care and achieve individual goals Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage Oversee medication administration and documentation Maintain compliance with state and agency policies Communicate effectively with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams Support residents with daily living activities as needed Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on call as needed Valid driver’s license and required certifications (CPR/First Aid, CMT, MandT, DDA etc.) Why Join Us?
