32 - 40 HOURS PER WEEK

One of our clients is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to manage the upkeep and coordination of a private residence. This role involves a blend of housekeeping, light pet care, and home coordination duties. The ideal candidate is responsible, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable with pets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate diploma or equivalent education preferred
  • Trustworthy and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with and experienced in pet care
  • Friendly, respectful, and professional with vendors and contractors
  • Experienced in housekeeping, home management, or similar roles
  • Able to manage a busy household schedule
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion
  • Must have a valid G driver’s license
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Regular cleaning and tidying of interior spaces
  • Vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep of floors and surfaces
  • Laundry and linen care as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the home
  • Feeding and letting out dogs and cat during the day
  • Ensuring animals have access to water, and are safe and comfortable
  • Walking dogs as needed Coordinating and attending vet visits or appointments as requested
  • Assisting with scheduling and overseeing contractors for household maintenance or repair work
  • Coordinating appointment dates and times
  • Running errands such as assisting with groceries, parcel pickups/drop-offs, or supply restocking as needed
  • Handling occasional miscellaneous tasks based on homeowner requests
