Description
Upkeep, Maintenance of the entire Property including leading various departments and managing the property Personnel To ensure that the all Departments within the property operate effectively and efficiently. To ensure maximum security in all areas under control and that staff are fully aware of the importance of key security. To ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas and to resolve complaints timely. To take the necessary steps in the event of theft, burglary or fire and to ensure that fire and evacuation drills are held regularly. Also, to attend to any kind of medical exigency with any of the staff or family member and make appropriate calls/arrangements required. To be fully conversant with all statutory requirements regarding a food and beverage operation especially at the time of events and gatherings. Ensure all licenses, including special licences, are timely applied for and procured. To prepare and submit information for budgeting purposes, timeously and accurately. To be fully aware of trends in the Catering industry and make suggestions for improvement when required. Maintenance of Facilities and planning of maintenance schedule of electrical / electronic equipments, A/Cs etc. To ensure prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards. To ensure cloakrooms/banquet rooms/Bar/Kitchen are stocked, clean and well maintained, that table appointments, including flower arrangements are impeccable. To ensure that waiters and room service staff are always correctly and smartly dressed, that they offer professional and courteous service. To ensure that bands and musicians are available when required. Maintaining/ cleaning/ supervising various location like Swimming pool, Villa Garden (Horticulture), Lake side, Water fall Side, Temple and school. Sometime have arrange functions on this locations. Keep maintaince and repairing schedule of machinery and equipment for eg. Genset, stabilizer, jet skis, ATVs, Motor Boat, Jacuzzi etc. Keep coordination with Aviation team for Chopper movement, includes chopper operation permission from local police station. Also keep helipad clean, wind saw indication, weather update, trees trimming for smooth landing. Prepare annual budget, renew all AMCs. Manage the Kitchen and making appropriate arrangements for Guests/ Events and personal parties as and when required To coordinate with the external catering vendors (if required), get best possible rates while maintaining the quality standards and ensure food arrangements are made efficiently. Ensure excellent hospitality to Guests. Organizing formal dinners or banquets including at short notice including planning an event, oversee seating arrangements, table settings, service etc Vehicle Management To manage all the vehicles and update the system on their maintenance To check/approve on maintenance of all the bills of the cars and to ensure to have credit facilities with all vendors as required
