UC Health is hiring a Part Time within Nursing Administration for the Night Shift at West Chester Hospital. The House Supervisor will support West Chester Hospital and Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures.  The House Supervisor is responsible for facilitating patient flow throughout the facility. He/she provides administrative direction for assigned nursing personnel. He/she is responsible for coordinating daily staffing in collaboration with the Clinical Managers and Clinical Directors. The House Supervisor is the acting administrative representative for decision making on weekends, holidays and after hours, in collaboration with the designated On-call Administrator.
