Responsibilities:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
4. One (1) year prior experience as a Supervisor preferred.
5. Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience
6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Oversee nursing staff during shifts, ensuring high standards of care and efficient patient flow.
• Function as the central contact for clinical operations, providing leadership and guidance.
• Manage and coordinate hospital resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between departments, resolving conflicts and addressing staff concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular facility rounds to monitor patient care and safety protocols.
• Be the leadership and help to manage diverse healthcare teams.
• Effectively problem-solve and handle emergencies, or operational challenges of the staff.
