In this role, you’ll handle a variety of dining services, including household cooking, kitchen assistance, and related activities, all while fostering a warm, welcoming environment.   Primary Responsibilities: * Create an enjoyable dining experience, serving residents and their guests * Assists with serving resident meals, snacks, and nourishments. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining, and service area. * Prepare food for household meals and snacks that are healthy and appetizing. * Plans and facilitates activities for residents involve food preparation or other activities specific to the kitchen.   ✅ What You’ll Need: * Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is preferred. * Certification in Food Handling, preferred. * Experience in commercial food preparation and services, preferred. * Certification in Dining Assistant or CNA, preferred. * Ability to lift 35 pounds.     The above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
