HOUSEKEEPER – KENTS HILL NURSERY, MILTON KEYNES

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at our nursery in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes.
This role is based within the nursery opening hours with children present.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the nursery.
  • Keep bathroom areas thoroughly clean, stocked, and hygienic.
  • Ensure surfaces, eating areas, tables, and chairs are cleaned after use.
  • Keep supplies replenished (tabards, bibs, flannels, bedding, paper towels, etc.).
  • Keep laundry up to date and nursery areas tidy.
  • Carry out general dusting and cleaning as needed.
  • Support nursery staff by providing cover when required.
  • Report any concerns or issues to the Nursery Manager.
  • Follow all nursery policies and procedures, including health & safety, safeguarding, equal opportunities, COSHH regulations, and OFSTED requirements.
  • Work as a reliable, flexible, and professional member of the team.
  • Undertake training relevant to the role as needed.
