Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, communal areas, and other designated spaces
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly presented
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as necessary
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Assist with laundry duties when required
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests with professionalism
