We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues
• Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is advantageous
• Basic cooking skills would be beneficial for roles that involve meal preparation
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, communal areas, and other designated spaces
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly presented
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as necessary
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Assist with laundry duties when required
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests with professionalism
