Description Decatur Manor, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in Decatur, IL is seeking experienced Full & Part-Time Housekeeper Aides for Day Shift. The ideal candidates must be available for an 8-hour shift from 7a-3p. $15 per hour. Must work every other weekend, both days. Now offering Pay on Demand up to 4x a pay period! Responsibilities of the Housekeeper Aide: Clean wash, sanitize and polish bathroom fixtures Clean windows/mirrors in residents' rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms as well as entrance/exit areas Vacuuming Clean hallways, stairways and common areas Keep supervisor aware of supply needs Adhere to work/cleaning and deep cleaning schedules are followed Other tasks will be explained during on-site interview Ensure proper storage of supplies Identify and correct any safety hazards IND6 Requirements Requirements of the Housekeeper Aide: · Housekeeping experience preferred · Experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility a plus · Must be able to speak, read and understand English · Personable and professional with staff and residents · Must be able to pass a background check and be deemed eligible for hire by IDPH
