Description Hilltop Reserve is one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, and we are looking for a conscientious and organized housekeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for keeping both the common areas and resident’s apartments clean. You will play a critical role in the everyday lives of our amazing residents in our community. This is a full time position working days 9am to 5pm, must have one weekend day available. Benefits: 3 weeks of paid time off a year Medical insurance including vision and dental 100% employer paid life and long-term disability insurance Accident and short-term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Sunny Day emergency savings account with employer match Duties and Responsibilities: Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing Removes dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solution Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping preferred Personable and friendly with residents Conscientious and detail oriented Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 an hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
The housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning both common areas and residents' apartments. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
