Description JOB SUMMARY: The Housekeeper at Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This includes cleaning move-out apartment units, preparing units for new residents, and ensuring all office spaces, common areas, and amenities are kept in pristine condition. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, and has a strong work ethic, with knowledge of standard housekeeping practices. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleaning supplies, sanitizing bathrooms, and assisting with the organization of shared spaces like the pool area, fitness center, and clubhouse. Strong attention to detail and a customer service-oriented approach are key to success in this role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Clean move-out apartment units and touch up units in preparation for new residents. Maintain a clean and orderly environment in offices, hallways, model apartments, and target apartments at all times. Clean office windows and doors, and empty trash throughout the office, coffee bar, mailroom, fitness center, and other common areas. Manage laundry for the fitness center and cleaning supplies. Stock, organize, and inventory cleaning supplies as necessary. Sanitize indoor and outdoor bathrooms daily or as needed. Assist in organizing and ensuring the overall appearance of model apartments, pool area furniture, clubhouse, fitness center, and other shared spaces Requirements SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent required. Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented approach when interacting with co-workers and residents. Flexibility to work on-call and extended hours, including after hours and weekends, as needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds. WORKING CONDITIONS: General office and workroom conditions. Exposure to weather conditions when walking and working on the property
