Description Ardent Communities is a family-owned Columbus, OH based property management company. With over 20 properties around the Columbus and surrounding areas, we are well established and growing! The housekeeper position is a previous role we have that we are expanding to additional opportunities. This person will takes pride in having a clean and presentable space for any new and current residents. We’re looking for a self-motivated person who is detail-oriented to maintain cleanliness and sanitation expectations. The role requires a dependable person who takes ownership, has the drive and time management skills necessary to keep a multi-family property looking exceptional year round. Responsibilities: - Daily cleaning of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and/or any other common areas including vacuuming and dusting. - Sparkling (light cleaning) a unit 24 hours prior to a new tenant moving into their new space Benefits: - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance offered - Paid Holidays after 60 days - 401k offered after a year - Schedules available: Full time - 7:30am - 4:00pm Requirements - Minimum 1 year of multi-family or hotel housekeeping experience - Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations - Bank account in your name for direct deposit
Responsibilities
The housekeeper is responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitation of leasing offices, clubhouses, and common areas. They also perform light cleaning of units to prepare them for new residents moving in.
