Job Description The Housekeeper is dedicated to maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming environment throughout the community. Responsibilities include: Housekeeper Role (Common Area Focus): Daily cleaning and upkeep of all common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, amenity spaces, restrooms) Trash removal from common areas and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the building Monitoring high-traffic areas throughout the day to ensure consistent presentation Light detailing, such as glass cleaning, dusting, and floor care Supporting event setup and cleanup in amenity spaces as needed Coordinating with management for supply inventory and reporting any maintenance concerns observed during routine cleaning This role is essential in delivering a consistently elevated, hotel-like environment for residents and guests. Compensation: $15 to $18.00 hourly rate; direct experience is highly considered.
