We’re seeking an exceptional Housekeeper to join our team who takes pride in creating immaculate spaces and delivering a superior guest experience. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the property.
