Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community. • Responsible for assisting in unit turns to be new-resident ready. • Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction, such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned. • Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community. • Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards. • Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing. • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
