ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our hotel. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming, contributing directly to a positive guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed
• Report maintenance issues or lost property promptly
• Work closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to meet daily targets
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored safely
