JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order within our beautiful small hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or hotel environments, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or similar roles is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Perform cleaning duties to ensure all rooms and common areas are kept tidy and sanitary
• Change bed linens, and perform laundry tasks as required
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning windows to uphold cleanliness standards
• Notify management of any maintenance issues or supply shortages
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals
