• Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials in designated areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
