Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitise bathrooms.
  • Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
