JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper /Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, including commercial spaces in our B & B’s . This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
We do not offer accommodation as we are a small B & B with 7 bedrooms.

SKILLS

• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitise bedrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients promptly.
• Assist with additional tasks as required.
