We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation in our properties across Birmingham.
As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

REQUIREMENTS AND SHIFTS:

• Access to a mobile phone with camera and data, during shift hours
• Shift timings 10:00 - 18:30
• Willingness to help other staff and departments with the same direction and goals

• High standard of cleanliness and thoroughness
• High standard of attention to detail
• Professional, helpful and high quality assistance and conduct
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
• A professional but can-do attitude - not afraid to “get stuck in”
• Administration duties including (but not limited) Quality checks, Inventory stock-take, Order management
