JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our award winning facilities, including The Woodland Spa and Crow Wood Leisure, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels, is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• A proactive attitude towards work with the ability to manage time effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Manual handling

• Perform thorough cleaning of all changing facilities, to include, The Woodland Spa, Crow Wood Leisure and staff areas
• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests courteously.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
