We’re looking for an experienced & dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and cleaning agents is a plus.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and other assigned areas to the highest standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish all guest areas and corridors.
• Replenish toiletries, guest supplies, and ensure rooms are fully stocked.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in laundry and linen management as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
