• To use appropriate methods and correct materials to clean all surfaces and soft furnishings according to the requirements of the cleaning schedule.
• To follow communal area cleaning plans, taking into account the needs/requirements of residents.
• To follow the procedure when dealing with the disposal of all waste in the designated areas
