We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at Fellowship Square, a welcoming and supportive senior living facility. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while contributing to a clean and well-maintained facility. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, hallways, offices, and other facility spaces. Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor. Follow all safety and health protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Provide exceptional service to residents and staff while maintaining respect for their privacy and comfort. Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and personal items. Report any concerns or issues related to the facility’s cleanliness and resident needs to the appropriate team members. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare setting, or similar environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with residents. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift, push, and pull items of at least 25 pounds. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
