JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Enniskillen Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial spaces and hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Experience in cooking is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance guest satisfaction during their stay.
  • A proactive approach to tasks, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
