SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at The Four Seasons Hotel & Leisure Club Carlingford. Located in Carlingford, this role is essential for maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, contributing significantly to our mission of providing an exceptional hospitality experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is an advantage
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Assist with laundry services as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
