Riviera Motor Inn is looking for energetic, hard-working individuals to join our team in a dual role as Housekeeper / Front Desk Agent. This position is ideal for someone reliable, adaptable, and motivated to grow with the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Customer service experience preferred (hotel experience an asset but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically able to perform housekeeping duties (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable to different shifts (day, evening, weekends, occasional nights)

Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms: replace linens, restock supplies, remove garbage, and check appliances/furniture
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the property
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards as needed
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries
  • Handle payments, maintain accurate records, and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Answer phones, coordinate with hotel departments, and provide information about the city/events
