What You’ll Do As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a spotless, safe, and comfortable environment. Your work helps ensure health, happiness, and dignity for everyone in our community. Responsibilities include: Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices to high standards Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust assigned areas Wash windows, mirrors, blinds, walls, ceilings, and elevators Change bed linens and empty wastebaskets Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Follow safety procedures and proper chemical labeling Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors Participate in community activities and meetings Requirements What We’re Looking For Prior housekeeping experience (6 months preferred) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong interpersonal skills and a courteous, professional demeanor Compassion for and desire to work with older adults Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform cleaning tasks Why You’ll Love Working Here Team-Focused Culture: We care about our people and foster an atmosphere of respect, support, and collaboration.
