We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure our residents experience a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces - Change linens, make beds, and ensure laundry is handled efficiently - Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas - Restock supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained - Follow safety and health protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management - Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Skills and Qualifications: - Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills and a positive attitude - Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic At Grand Villa of Sarasota, we foster a caring and supportive environment where our team members are valued and encouraged to grow.
