Description BridgeWater Senior Living Community is currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned. Essential Functions: Perform full cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents. Ensure all appliances are clean, functional, and in good condition. Complete detailed cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and fixtures. Assist with daily upkeep of grounds, including trash pickup and maintaining a clean exterior environment. Clean and maintain laundry facilities, ensuring machines and surrounding areas remain tidy and safe. Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, office, and fitness center, including floors, windows, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns observed during cleaning. Work collaboratively with the maintenance and management team to ensure units and common areas meet company standards. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
