We are seeking a dedicated and proactive General Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations within our establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a hotel or hospitality environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A willingness to take on varied tasks and adapt to changing priorities within a dynamic environment.

• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages.
