Cherokee Casino Roland is seeking a Housekeeper to join our growing team! As a Housekeeper, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel for every guest. Your duties will include thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, replacing linens, and restocking supplies. You will also maintain the cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and closets. A key part of your role is to act as a point of contact for guests, promptly and professionally responding to their questions and requests. This position requires considerable physical effort, including standing, walking, and pushing heavy housekeeping carts for extended periods. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
