Description We are seeking a housekeeper to work with the maintenance staff to ensure smooth transition on turnovers and to maintain a clean and neat appearance of all common areas. Duties/Responsibilities: Vacant apartment prep Clean all turnovers in a timely manner, to include but not limited to appliances, windows, floors, blinds, bathrooms, kitchens, switch plates, and light fixtures Janitorial Clean rental office, laundry room, pool restrooms and other common areas daily Other duties as assigned Assist maintenance staff as directed by Maintenance Supervisor Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Aptitude for cleanliness Ability to read labels and warning signs on chemicals Good human relation skills to deal with residents, peers and supervisors Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty Be available to report to work during any inclement weather event for property clean up and emergencies Ability to drive a golf cart Education and Experience: Previous housekeeping experience preferred ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to twenty-five (25) pounds and running and lifting over twenty-five (25) pounds occasionally The Lawson Companies is an equal opportunity employer that offers full-time employees a competitive package that includes, but is not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K options, PTO, a competitive salary, and a project bonus structure.
