Hope Valley Country Club, located in Durham, North Carolina, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Housekeepers. Founded in 1926, Hope Valley is an elite private club featuring a classic Donald Ross designed golf course, state-of-the-art tennis facility, resort-style pool complex, and a spacious, welcoming clubhouse offering its members first-class recreation, dining, and programming. Hope Valley is ideally situated in the heart of one of Southeast’s most vibrant, exciting areas. Primary responsibilities include: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all club areas including locker rooms, restrooms, dining spaces, offices, event spaces, and common areas Perform daily and scheduled deep-cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing Replenish supplies (toiletries, towels, paper products, etc.) as needed Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management Assist with setup and breakdown for club events, meetings, or special functions Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Qualifications Required Skills Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance. Sense of urgency for pertinent matters. Knowledge of chemical safety. Customer service oriented. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Responsibilities
