Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service hotel guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels and amenities
• Replenish supplies like toiletries, minibar items, and drinking glasses
• Vacuum, dust, remove trash, and polish furniture
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys and pantries in clean working order
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following OH&S standards
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Respond professionally to guest requests
• Follow hotel safety, security, and operational procedures
• Participate in special cleaning projects as required

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel (preferred, not required)
• Entry-level candidates welcome – training provided
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability
• Neat personal presentation and strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to health and safety
• Availability Monday to Friday (8 AM – 2 PM) and flexible to work weekends
• Must have full working rights in Australia
