Room Attendant (Entry-Level & Experienced) – Clean and prepare guest rooms to high standards.

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard.
• Ensure all amenities, linen, and supplies are replenished and presented correctly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
• Handle guest requests politely, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Follow cleaning checklists, WHS guidelines, and infection control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning tools in good condition.
