House keeping and Kitchen Assistant is an essential position within the home. As part of this role, you will:

• Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times;
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times;
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Use the kitchen area to prepare pre-cooked meals for the resident’s, washing the dishes and ensuring that the food stock levels are maintained (Full Training will be given)
• There may be occasions where there will be open shifts for Care work, full training will be given to ensure the safety and well being of all Residents will be preserved. This will give the Housekeeper/Kitchen Assistant the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.

You must be punctual and flexible and be prepared to attend all mandatory training as and when required.
You will need to be flexible and will work weekends as part of your shift pattern. You must participate in supervisions of practice and undertake annual personal development reviews.
