We are looking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community * Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned * Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community * Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards * Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing PERSONAL QUALITIES: * Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members * Excellent time management skills * Ability to identify issues before they occur QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: * One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry * Exceptional customer service skills BEZTAK PERKS & BENEFITS: Beztak has an exciting, growth-focused culture, and we strongly believe in promotion from within.
