This allows us to build a common language that inspires our team members and propels us toward the achievement of our vision.JOB SUMMARY Responsible for supervisory support to the facilities leadership team for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the EVS department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supports and trains EVS Attendants in various tasks, ensuring the results meet and/or exceed company expectations.  Works with Facilities Supervisor to create tasks and checklists.  Holds department pre-shift briefings and delegate job assignments as per guidance of the Facilities Manager.  Ensures operation is OSHA and Hazcom compliant, including maintenance of the departmental MSD Sheets.  Ensures all equipment and chemicals are safely labeled, stored, and team members are fully educated on use/hazards.  Receives equipment and supplies and coordinates distribution and storage of such in an organized fashion.  Ensures that all storage areas are labeled and maintained in good order.  Monitors equipment condition and ensures that is it properly maintained.  Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.  Performs other related duties as assigned.  #rosiesREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal communication skills.  Ability to multitask in a high-volume hospitality environment.   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent.  Six months to one year of experience in related field preferred.  Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.  Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS The Team Member will be required to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.  While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.  The Team Member may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.  The Team Member may be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.  The work environment may vary in levels of crowds, noise, flashing lights, and smoke, depending on the assigned station and guest volume.    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
