We are seeking 2 x dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team for our Aparthotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean, organised, and welcoming for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards are essential for success in this role.
• It would desirable if candidates have experience undertaking minor maintenance tasks

• Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presented neatly.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
