Job Overview: As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the community’s common areas and play a critical role in providing an excellent first impression of the interior of our community. Key Responsibilities: Reviews daily work order status and priorities with the Maintenance team. Responsible for the daily upkeep of all common/amenity areas, office, clubhouse, models, laundry rooms. Assists with monitoring the exterior physical conditions of the property. Must be able to work flexible schedule which may include working special events and/or weekends. Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). Previous knowledge/experience of housekeeping, janitorial and general maintenance helpful. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers. Competencies: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills: ability to prioritize work functions and keep track of activities completed and yet to do. Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability Shows concern for quality, accuracy, and completeness of assigned work duties. Follows established procedures and best practices for ensuring safety on the job and promotes safety within the work environment. Hourly Rate: $17-18 per hour The hourly rate is between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour. Hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses.
