JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain order in cleaning supplies and client requests.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong communication skills with clients.

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Prepare meals as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to meet dietary preferences.
• Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients to foster positive relationships.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all areas of responsibility.
