Room Attendant / Housekeeper SpringHill Suites by Marriott is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas to Marriott brand standards while providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities: * Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott standards. * Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms. * Replenish guest supplies, linens, and amenities. * Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items. * Ensure assigned rooms are completed within target time. * Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and work spaces. * Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed. Qualifications: * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift. * Reliable attendance and punctuality required. * Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
