Description Join Our Team as a Housekeeper! Location: Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, Minnesota Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM Pay: $16.00-$21.49 + shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends! Primary Responsibilities: Vacuum and dust common areas in the facility. Remove trash. Clean bathrooms Sweep, mop, shampoo and wax floors Change and launder items Light maintenance such as, but not limited to, light bulbs, hanging things, putting desks together, moving furniture, painting Preparing client rooms for admit Rearrange furniture as needed Outdoor maintenance such as, but not limited to, weeding, cleaning grounds of garbage or debris, sweeping or shoveling walking areas General Work as a member of the broader team of the Center to ensure a high level of service to our clients, including assisting with general housekeeping, kitchen duties and light maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Frequently communicate with employees, parents, clients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in writing or verbally, in these situations. Frequently lift equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height throughout the day. Frequently crouch, stoop or bend to clean floors, toilets and other areas below waist level, as well as to retrieve necessary equipment and supplies. Frequently grasp items to clean such as mops, brooms, brushes, etc. Frequently push and pull up to 15 lbs while twisting to use items, such as the vacuum cleaner. Stand tall enough to reach equipment and supplies in storage areas.
Responsibilities
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the facility, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms. Additional duties include light maintenance and outdoor upkeep.
