JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position is essential in upholding our standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and industrial cleaning techniques is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and inviting.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
