You’ll follow established processes to ensure rooms are properly prepared and maintained according to brand standards. This role is ideal for someone who brings Grit to every shift, works Stronger Together with the team, and takes pride in delivering service with Integrity. What You’ll Do Clean guest rooms and bathrooms: make beds, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock supplies Replenish linens, amenities, and guest essentials Clean assigned public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms) Stock housekeeping cart with approved cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the supervisor promptly Log and turn in lost and found items following hotel policy Follow safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines Attend pre-shift meetings to review assignments and daily updates Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown service as assigned Complete assigned tasks within allotted time per room (Minutes Per Room or MPR) Deliver friendly and respectful guest service throughout interactions Adhere to all Resolute Road Hospitality policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Familiarity with housekeeping tools, cleaning products, and safe handling procedures Attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Team oriented mindset with strong communication skills Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, bending, kneeling) Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plus Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred Additional Information Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.
