SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Oceanfront Suites at Cowichan Bay. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our suites, ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities for guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the property to enhance guest experience.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  • Assist with laundry services as needed to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
